Our Price Structure

At JM Legacy Law, we believe that hiring an attorney shouldn’t come with surprises. That’s why we are committed to transparent, fair, and predictable pricing.

For most of our services, we operate on a flat-fee basis. This means you’ll know the total cost up front, giving you peace of mind and the ability to plan without worrying about hourly billing or unexpected add-ons. Flat fees are especially common for estate planning packages, where we can clearly define the scope of work.
In certain matters — such as probate administration or business law cases, where the scope of work can vary depending on court involvement or business complexity — we may charge an hourly rate. When that applies, we’ll explain the details clearly so you understand what to expect.
During your initial consultation, we’ll go over your options and review our fee schedule with you. You’ll always receive a written agreement before we begin any work on your behalf, so you’ll have complete clarity on the services provided and the costs involved ahead of time.
Our goal is simple: to provide excellent-quality legal services at a fair and predictable price, with the highest integrity and customer service, and of course, with no surprises along the way.
